Meet Carolyn M. Christoffersen, Attorney at Law
For more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving clients throughout Middle Tennessee as a sole practitioner focused on estate planning and real estate law. My approach has always been simple: provide experienced legal guidance that’s personal, practical, and built on trust.
Before opening my own firm, I spent over five years working in both private practice and as in-house counsel, where I gained a strong foundation in contract negotiation, client advocacy, and transactional work. Those early experiences taught me what clients value most — clarity, communication, and confidence in their attorney.
I also had the honor of serving as the City Judge for Mt. Juliet for more than seven years, where I deepened my understanding of how law affects individuals and families in real, everyday ways.
My Approach
As a sole practitioner, I handle every aspect of your matter personally. That means when you call my office, you speak directly with me — not an assistant or a call center. I take pride in providing thoughtful, efficient service and explaining the law in a way that makes sense, not in legal jargon.
My clients appreciate that I’m approachable, responsive, and invested in their success. Whether we’re drafting your estate plan or finalizing a real estate closing, I’ll make sure you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Experience You Can Rely On
I focus exclusively on estate planning and real estate transactions because these are the moments where life and law intersect. From creating wills and trusts to coordinating property closings, my work is designed to protect what matters most — your family, your assets, and your peace of mind.
I also partner with Four Star Title, ensuring clients receive the benefit of seamless, coordinated closings backed by professionalism and attention to detail.
Outside the Office
When I’m not working with clients, I’m a mom to four amazing boys and an active part of the Middle Tennessee community. Balancing family, business, and service has shaped how I practice law — with empathy, precision, and an understanding that real life doesn’t pause for paperwork.
Ready to Work Together?
Whether you’re planning your estate or preparing for a real estate closing, I’d love to help you navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
